The Making of You
It was wonderful to be asked by Binky Felsted to share two chapters in her book. I wrote about wellbeing in motherhood and how important it is to make time for you when baby arrives. I also write a chapter called ‘ writing yourself a green-prescription’ all about making the most of nature in motherhood.
