Meet Aimee

Your Biggest Birth Cheerleader!

The Woman you come to when you want a positive and uplifting life-changing birth experience.

So how did it all start?

My journey onto this path was woven long before I became a mother, I just didn't know it at the time.

I come from a line of midwives and florists, women who witnessed life emerge and women who tended to it. That blend of care and creativity is the thread I now weave into everything I do.

We seem to have all been taught to fear birth but following my first experience birthing my son unexpectedly at home I just kept thinking

“Why did nobody tell me I could do that?”

Then I did it again.

My vision for you:

Is to have an extraordinary birth

Where it all began

2020

I began my own online circles during lockdown to bring about a sense of connection and began building my business as my babies slept.

A cozy living room corner featuring a wooden side table with a small lit candle and decorative figurine, a leather sofa with a pink pillow, and a brick wall with a vase of pink flowers in the background.

2021

Started wellness walks and began calling in a local community of mamas and mamas to be. Held yoga class, retreats and online circles and created my own holistic birth course. Was published in two books and learnt to hold sacred space.

Trained, studied, and changed name to Gather & Glow - launched more classes, pregnancy yoga, online circles and held motherhood retreats in my homelands of Dorset. Taught at festivals, met loads of amazing people and started helping so many women have positive births. Took a deep dive into women’s work and travelled the priestess path and continued my vision.

Another metamorphosis; stepped into my name, became a Muddy Stiletto awards finalist for wellbeing and created my Birthology Course. Recorded my first ever podcast and was featured in an exhibition by the Maternal Mental Health Alliance.

Launched The Pregnancy Playbook to get women to think differently about birth.

And now?

I’m on a mission to bring babies into this world with mothers who know their bodies, trust their instincts and who feel like Goddesses in the room.

Birth is not a one-time event.
This experience will last a lifetime.

These days, I don’t see birth as a birth “day” at all.

It is so much more. Through my own study and lived experience whilst working with many women around the world I’ve stripped back the noise and found a middle place between the system and the soul, a space where evidence and instinct can sit together, where birth preparation feels both intelligent and human. Where education is expansive but not overwhelming.

My work doesn’t rush you toward a due date or sell you a perfect outcome. It meets you in the in-between, in the gestation of identity, the quiet inner shifts, the becoming.. It isn’t something you book into your diary.

Preparation is not about “getting through” birth; it is about allowing yourself to be shaped by it, to enter it fully present, attuned, and empowered.

It’s a rite of passage that begins long before the first contraction and keeps shaping you long after you’re holding your baby. It lingers. It imprints. It becomes part of you. I want that imprint to feel like strength, not survival.

My (Wo)manifesto

Women already hold the wisdom.

You are not broken, or failing or in need of  correcting. ‘Natural’ birth is not an ideology. It is biology and this physiology is ancient. I’m here to help your mind remember what your body already knows.

Transformation needs room to unfold.

Matrescence isn’t instant; neither is suddenly becoming a mother. It’s a profound developmental shift across your body, mind, and identity. It requires spaciousness and time to reflect, to integrate, and to evolve. Birth preparation isn’t simply a task to complete; it’s a foundational and fundamental part of the mother you’re becoming.

Knowledge means very little without embodiment.

Childbirth isn’t theoretical.  It’s a living experience, felt through your nervous system, your breath, your beliefs, your history, and your hormones. Confidence in birthing  isn’t memorised or a performance, it’s practiced in your body over time to cultivate self-trust and inner belief.

This is why my approach blends what you can measure with what you can feel:

→ hypnobirthing & mindset tools
→ somatic + embodied movement practices
→ nervous system + breathwork support
→ ritual & cyclical seasonal-wise wisdom
→ evidence-based education

“Maternal Alchemy is tending to mothers as they SHAPE-SHIFT, holding their power, their vulnerability, and every state in between and honouring their expansion and transformation.”
